My space is tiny, but we're going to make it work!

πŸ–€ What happens at the meetings πŸ–€ At these groups, we practice self reflection and shadow work through art, creativity, meditation, and story sharing. We study recovery and sobriety through the lens of tarot and astrology.

πŸ–€ Who should attend πŸ–€
Sober Curious Missoula is open to anyone who is curious about sobriety. We welcome people wanting to find sobriety from any sort of self destructive processing addiction - drugs, alcohol, sex addiction, codependency, cutting, eating disorders, gambling, etc. This is a support group intended to help us find healing and connection through community, art, and creativity. We welcome people struggling with addictions of their own, or struggling with the effects of their friends and family's addiction.

πŸ–€ Boundaries for the space πŸ–€
You do not need to be sober in life, but you do need to be sober at the events. You do not have to be an addict or an alcoholic, but you do have to be chill about sharing space with folks who are. You do not have to have hit your rock bottom or hurt people you love, but you do have to be chill about sharing space with folks who have. This is not a space for telling other people what to do, or how to live.
This is not a space for blame or shame. This is also not a space for trying to fix or help other people - This is a space for listening, empathising, and SELF REFLECTION.

πŸ–€ What to bringπŸ–€
Meetings are FREE - donations are appreciated
Please bring a notebook/sketchbook and a pen/pencil.
Bring snacks and drinks to share if you'd like.

Unfortunately, these groups will not be available on zoom this time as I don't feel I have the capacity to run it. I want to give my full attention to the people in the room and make sure that these events run smoothly. Maybe in the winter/spring, once they become more established, someone else will run the zoom calls.
